Interim Workshop Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Workshop Manager, who will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that service and repairs are performed professionally. The position is located in Blekinge.
Main duties:
- Repair work, maintenance, and inspections are performed professionally on all vehicle types for which the repair shop is responsible.
- Security checks and monthly reports are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
- Planning, scheduling, and documentation of warranty work are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
- Operations at the workshop are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Manage and assign tasks, as well as staff and resource planning.
To be eligible for the role:
- We prefer candidates who have a background in mechanics and a technical understanding of how repairs and maintenance are performed.
- Experience managing a team of about 10 people working in shifts.
- Experience with vehicles, preferably with buses, trucks, or other heavy-duty vehicles.
- Experience working in workshop management systems such as BUSS or similar, and in various vendors' maintenance systems...
About the process:
This is a full-time position starting immediately. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months. We will present candidates on October 14, and interviews will be held at that time.
