Interim Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Interim Seach has been commissioned to appoint an interim Warehouse and Logistics Manager for Lobster Seafood Sweden in Årsta.
Lobster Seafood Sweden is a leading seafood player in the Nordic market and is part of the Norwegian group Insula. Insula's Swedish operations currently have a turnover of approximately SEK 2.5 billion and the ambition is to grow. There are 5 production facilities today, 14 main production lines and a portfolio of merchandise.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience in transportation.
- Hands-on, unpretentious, problem-solving leader who makes the individuals around you grow.
- Experience of working in large companies.
- Experience of working in companies with multiple products is an advantage.
- Experience of working with logistics systems and LEAN is an advantage.
Main duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of warehousing, production, distribution and logistics flows, from receipt of goods to delivery of finished goods.
- Responsible for 25 employees in your organization with 2-5 direct reports in your staff.
- Managing and developing the efficiency, service and quality of operations.
- Be part of the operational management team of the company.
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Lead the warehouse and logistics management team.
About the process:
We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company start on Friday, July 13. The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last for 6 months.
