Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a company in southern Sweden.
Main duties:
- Full P&L responsibility
- Ensure and develop the company's business model and implement strategies for profitability and growth targets
- Align the company with the overall strategy by developing processes and systems
- Optimize productivity, costs and structures by focusing on customer requirements and eliminating causes
- Maintain significant relationships with teams, partners, shareholders and authorities
- Ensure that company policies are implemented and communicated
- Analysis of business processes and implementation of necessary changes
- Managing the company's business operations and sales activities
- Responsible for annual budgeting, forecasting and frequent financial analysis
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Experience as a manager with full P&L responsibility in a project-driven industrial company
- Proven experience in driving change processes
- International experience and very good English skills
- A results-driven and commercial approach and strong operational skills
