Interim Technical Manager Sweden

Main tasks and responsibilities;

• Be responsible for all technical aspects and have a holistic approach to the business
• Carry out investment planning and calculations for Swedish facilities related to OEC procedures
• Collect facility requests for investment budget and translate into GIF forecast
• Implementers of designated investment and project objects
• Coordinate investment-related actions such as procurement with the purchasing department
• Obtaining authorization to proceed with investments, ensuring that these are carried out in accordance with milestones and cost targets
• Inform about relevant QSHE production issues before making decisions
• Inform sales of relevant QSHE customer issues before making decisions
• Continuous collaboration with the global operations organization
• You report to the Head of Operations Sweden

To be eligible for the role;

• Academic education, probably civil engineer (preferably mechanical engineer) or equivalent education
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in heavy manufacturing industry
• Solid knowledge of managing complex technical projects
• Experience in managing, coordinating and ensuring that complex investment projects are on budget and on time
• As a person, you are result-driven, structured, down-to-earth, communicative and collaborative

About the process;
