Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Teamlead AP/AR to a Swedish company in central Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Set up procedures/processes for the activity mainly in reports, follow-ups and reminders.
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of invoicing, payment and debt collection.
- Financial compliance and continuously reducing costs.
- Develop and improve internal processes and efficiency.
- Relationships with key stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role:
- Speaks and writes in Swedish and English.
- Previous experience working as a Team Leader in AP/AR.
- Senior person (in accounting), operational and unpretentious.
- Experience with Medius Invoice Management and ERP implementation is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to Europe 3-4 times within 2 months.
- Available immediately.
About the process:
The start of the assignment is immediate and is expected to last approximately 2 months. The scope is full time. Presentation of candidates will take place on October 20 and interviews with the client company will be conducted on October 23.
