Interim Team Manager, Collection Development

You will be responsible for delivery and application development, as well as for ensuring that the applications required to deliver the client’s services within the group and to its customers are in place.

Main duties:

• Involved in a transformation journey that includes, among other things, migrating from local applications to a group-wide platform,
• Be responsible for moving toward more standardized processes across the Group and toward a more harmonized global organization.
• You are responsible for the team's staff
• Responsible for applications, integrations, and vendor partnerships
• Responsible for services such as development, operations, and management

To be eligible for the role:

• You have extensive experience leading application development
• You have the knowledge to lead during change/transformation
• You are an experienced leader
• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business and the technical infrastructure
• A solid understanding of the opportunities presented by digitalization and the connection between IT and business operations
• Experience in preparing decision-making materials for alternative solutions (in collaboration with the project manager and the team)
• Lead resource planning for the team to help the company's stakeholders get the right resources for the right projects
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Tieto's Nova system is a plus

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months starting in September.
Candidate presentations will take place on Tuesday, September 14, and interviews with the client company will be held on Wednesday, September 15.
