Interim Talent Acquisition Partner

For the role of interim Talent Acquisition Partner, we are looking for a trustworthy person with experience from the IT industry and who is passionate about recruitment.

Main duties:

• Own responsibility for qualified recruitments at management level with focus on the Nordics and UK
• Contribute to the strategic and structural development of recruitment processes and employer branding
• Coordination of internal and external recruitment missions
• Travel to the rest of the Nordic region and the UK occurs and is estimated to take up about a quarter of the working time

Who we are looking for:

• You are a committed and business-oriented person with solid operational skills in the recruitment field
• You have a background as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Business Partner, Talent Manager, Consultant Manager or similar
• You have great personal maturity, high integrity and are used to working with senior managers
• You have a good knowledge of professional English

About the process:
