Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Talent Acquisition Partner to an international company within IT Services.
For the role of interim Talent Acquisition Partner, we are looking for a trustworthy person with experience from the IT industry and who is passionate about recruitment.
Main duties:
- Own responsibility for qualified recruitments at management level with focus on the Nordics and UK
- Contribute to the strategic and structural development of recruitment processes and employer branding
- Coordination of internal and external recruitment missions
- Travel to the rest of the Nordic region and the UK occurs and is estimated to take up about a quarter of the working time
Who we are looking for:
- You are a committed and business-oriented person with solid operational skills in the recruitment field
- You have a background as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Business Partner, Talent Manager, Consultant Manager or similar
- You have great personal maturity, high integrity and are used to working with senior managers
- You have a good knowledge of professional English
About the process:
