Interim Supply Chain Specialist – Monitor
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an experienced Interim Supply Chain Specialist with in-depth knowledge of the Monitor business system for a global industrial company operating in Jönköping County.
Main duties:
- Plan and monitor production based on capacity and demand.
- Approve and confirm orders on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and monitor order status throughout the entire production chain.
- Manage material orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide production with accurate documentation, priority lists, and planning information.
- Register and confirm customer orders and manage incoming forecasts.
- Add manufacturing orders and initiate purchases based on manufacturing needs.
- Ensure capacity, occupancy, and efficient material flow throughout the entire process.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in supply chain, production planning, and logistics, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
- Good structural ability with experience in handling multiple parallel tasks.
- Stable and solution-oriented even in stressful situations – you enjoy having many points of contact both internally and externally.
- Regular user of the Monitor business system and its functionality.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the assignment
The assignment is expected to last approximately six months on a full-time basis, starting immediately, and will be based in Jönköping County.

We will present candidates during week 40, and customer interviews will be held thereafter.
