Interim Supply Chain Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Supply Chain Manager for an exciting company in Gothenburg.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong team and assuming production responsibility.
Main duties:
- Operationally manage and organize the work of the daily production activities
- Ensure quality and risk-free production and delivery reliability of products
- Involved in the production's strategic improvement work and target management
- Responsible for employee development and creating motivation and commitment in the team
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Solid experience as a production manager or production supervisor
- A coaching and present leadership with good team building skills
- Practical minded
- Positive attitude
About the process:
The mission is expected to start in June 2022 and last for 6 months.
