Interim Head of Operations
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of filling the position of Interim Construction Manager for a company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Resource allocation/responsibility for resource provision within the group.
- Responsibility for the segment's budget, profitability, and financial management of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are carried out in accordance with applicable safety requirements, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
- Be responsible for all phases of the project—from cost estimates and bids to implementation, final inspection, and handover.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction and civil engineering industry.
- Documented experience with groundwork and sewer construction in complex infrastructure projects.
- Experience with cost estimation, bidding processes, and financial monitoring of large-scale projects.
- A confident and dedicated leader with the ability to build consensus around visions and goals.
About the process:
This is a full-time assignment expected to last approximately 6 months, with an immediate start date. We will present candidates during Week 4, and interviews with the client will take place at that time.
