Interim Search has received an urgent assignment to appoint an Interim Payroll Specialist to a manufacturing company with 170 employees. The company has operations in several locations and the assignment can be carried out completely remotely.
Main duties:
- Performing checks to ensure that the outsourced payroll manager is doing the right thing
- Guide and instruct the client's internal payroll department in Swedish payroll management and collective agreements
- Dialogue with the payroll provider
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior payroll specialist
- Collective agreements for white-collar and blue-collar workers
- Spoken and written English
- Self-propelled
- Ability to collaborate
- System knowledge Hogia (meritorious)
About the process:
The assignment is part-time, starting immediately and lasting approximately 3 months.
