Interim Site Manager for Road Projects
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Site Manager for a road project. You will play a crucial role, with responsibility for planning, procurement, and project execution in terms of quality, schedule, and budget.
Main duties:
- Planning and implementation of the projects.
- Preparation of schedule and project budget.
- Financial Responsibility in Projects.
- Systematic occupational health and safety work.
- Work environment responsibility for staff and subcontractors.
- Ongoing dialogue with third parties, authorities, and clients.
- Contract issues with customers.
- Management of staff.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of site manager. Previous experience as a supervisor prior to the site manager role is a plus.
- Extensive experience in the civil engineering industry, specifically in road construction.
- As a site manager, you must have held this position on at least one construction project with a contract value exceeding 80 million and an AADT of at least 5,000, which included road construction work.
- You need to have a good understanding of AMA and AB04
- Prior experience with road projects for the Swedish Transport Administration is a plus.
- We would prefer that you have a college degree and/or several years of professional experience in the industry.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and have a structured approach to your work. You take the initiative often and have a solution-oriented mindset.
- As a person, you are straightforward and honest, and you find it easy to collaborate with a wide variety of people and skill sets.
