Interim Site Manager (Job ID: 3677)
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of appointing an interim site manager for a contracting and construction group based in Västra Götaland
In the role of interim site manager, you will work on one of the company’s civil engineering projects. You will have operational management responsibility for the project team and will collaborate with the project manager. You will report to the company’s deputy CEO.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Be responsible for and supervise the on-site project team
- Be responsible for any actions required in the project
- Assist the Project Manager
To be eligible for the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 3 years of experience as a site manager/project manager in civil engineering
- Experience from major infrastructure projects
- Clear, confident, and communicative in your leadership
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 6 months on a full-time basis, starting immediately. The work will be carried out on site.
We will present the candidates on October 2, and interviews at the client company will be held the following day.
