Interim Senior Salesperson
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Senior Salesperson for our client in Småland.
We are looking for a business-driven and experienced Senior Salesperson who wants to play a key role in expanding our client's market presence in the warehousing and logistics segment. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strategic customer relationships in a fast-moving industry. We are looking for someone who combines a high level of business understanding with a structured ability to drive complex sales processes from start to finish.
Main duties:

Active marketing: Identify and cultivate new customers and be responsible for ongoing customer care of existing accounts within assigned area of responsibility.

The whole sales cycle: Prepare offers, contracts and agreements in accordance with established procedures and business objectives.

Reporting and analysis: Continuous monitoring and reporting of volumes, prices and profitability to management and sales team.

Customer responsibility: Act as the main contact for assigned tasks, ensure that customer requirements are communicated internally and follow up on delivery compliance.
To be eligible for the role:

Senior experience: Several years of experience in sales, preferably specifically in the warehouse segment.

The sales process: Proven ability to manage the entire process from initial customer contact to contract and long-term follow-up.

Business acumen: Strong business understanding and ability to build sustainable customer relationships.

Personal characteristics: Ability to work in a structured manner, independently and with a high level of communication skills.

Language and driving license: Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and possession of a B driving license
- Meritorious: Industry knowledge in the field of warehousing and logistics is highly advantageous.
About the process
The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for 6 months. We will present candidates to the client on April 1 and interviews with the client will take place the following day.
