Interim Senior Process Engineer
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling the position of Interim Senior Process Engineer. The assignment involves stepping into a key role on short notice, with responsibility for stabilizing, optimizing, and further developing production processes during an ongoing phase of change. The role is both operational and strategic, and you will be expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the business, provide clear technical leadership, and deliver results from day one.
Main duties
- Be responsible for monitoring and analyzing process and production performance.
- Identify and implement improvement measures.
- Provide technical support to the operations organization and management.
- Lead or participate in improvement, investment, and development projects.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and action plans in the event of operational disruptions.
- Ensure that processes comply with applicable safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
To be eligible for the role
- A college degree in engineering, preferably in energy or chemical engineering.
- Extensive experience in the heavy process industry.
- Technical expertise and the ability to work independently in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in process optimization.
- Ability to communicate clearly with operators, specialists, and management.
- Experience with change management, production disruptions, and time-sensitive situations.
