Interim Senior Maintenance Planner
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling an interim Senior Maintenance Planner position at a major industrial company in Dalarna County. In this role, you will be a key driving force in maintenance operations, with broad authority to make decisions, set priorities, and act independently.
Main duties:
- Ensure that maintenance projects are carried out on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure access to the right expertise and, if necessary, supplement staff with external personnel.
- Ensure that materials, spare parts, and resources are available.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure a strong focus on health, safety, and the environment.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations.
- Identify and address deviations.
To be eligible for the role:
- Extensive technical experience in heavy industry.
- A solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary maintenance projects.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the best interests of the organization in mind.
- A practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience working with various departments and professional groups.
