Interim Senior HR Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of recruiting an interim Senior HR Manager for a billion-krona tech company based in Stockholm.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Efforts to improve the organizational structure.
- Ensure and develop HR processes.
- Review of workplace safety issues.
- Support the managers and the HR team.
- Develop and monitor KPIs.
- Staff responsibilities.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience working at large companies.
- Experience in the tech industry (experience in software and IT services is a plus).
- Academic degree in HR.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- A senior, confident leader with a strong business acumen.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months, starting immediately, and is for 100 %. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews at the client company will be held in the coming days.
