Interim Senior HR Business Partner

Main duties:

• Strategically engage with managers on the HR agenda
• Supporting the company's managers in HR-related matters
• Leading and supporting change and transformation initiatives
• Actively participate in cooperation with trade unions and in labor law issues

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience working with organizational change in a role as HRBP
• Experience in union negotiations
• Knowledge of collective agreements (IF Metall)
• Knowledge of labor law
• Relevant academic degree
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• The assignment is mainly carried out on site at the client company with the possibility of hybrid work 1 day/week
• Travel occurs

About the process:
