Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to a group in the manufacturing industry.
Main duties:
- Strategically engage with managers on the HR agenda
- Supporting the company's managers in HR-related matters
- Leading and supporting change and transformation initiatives
- Actively participate in cooperation with trade unions and in labor law issues
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience working with organizational change in a role as HRBP
- Experience in union negotiations
- Knowledge of collective agreements (IF Metall)
- Knowledge of labor law
- Relevant academic degree
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- The assignment is mainly carried out on site at the client company with the possibility of hybrid work 1 day/week
- Travel occurs
About the process:
