Interim Senior Business Controller (Job ID: 2012)
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Business Controller with a focus on analysis and consolidation for a company in Stockholm. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion and has about 200 employees.
In the role of interim Senior Business Controller, you will work in an operational and central role for a business area and process financial historical information.
Main duties:
- Responsible for a business area with financial reporting, analysis and history.
- Transfer large amounts of historical data from existing system to new one.
- Close cooperation with the CFO regarding the performance monitoring of the business.
- Create the basis and analysis for merging activities.
- Processing historical data and information to inform decisions.
- Ensure future financial structure and reporting.
- Report to the CFO.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Many years of experience as an employee or consultant in the role of Business Controller, specializing in accounting, in medium to large companies.
- Very good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
- Experience of Nordic operations.
- Good knowledge of both English and Swedish.
- Very good ability to understand accounting.
- Unpretentious, self-motivated and very driven.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 3 months starting June 1st. We will present candidates on May 27 and interviews with the client company will take place on May 28.
