Work as a business partner to the Project Director, responsible for all financial and commercial matters and actively driving project performance.
Main duties:
- Leading and preparing monthly project reviews with the different functions and for the overall project.
- Implement robust cost controls and transparent financial forecasting, to provide a sound basis for decision-making and cost monitoring.
- Drive commercial and financial excellence, ensuring that mitigations are put in place to maximize the financial performance of the project.
- Management of foreign exchange exposures, bank guarantees and Tax Topics.
- Lead/support various workflows within the project management office, which can for example be related to deliverables mgmt, scheduling or reporting.
- Responsible for monthly project closure and other ad hoc reporting.
- Work as a business partner to the Project Director, responsible for all financial and commercial matters and actively driving project performance.
About the process
