Interim Search AB has been entrusted to appoint an interim Senior Business Controller to a service and sales company in the areas of construction equipment and trucks. The company has a turnover of about 1.5 billion and has about 50 employees. You belong to the Swedish department and report to the CFO both in Sweden and Germany.
Main duties:
- Key role in driving and developing the company's financial management.
- You work closely with the business and provide important support to management in both strategic and operational decisions.
- Budgeting and forecasting and ongoing monitoring of the performance of the business.
- Development and monitoring of KPIs.
- Pricing and margin analysis.
- Cost control and efficiency initiatives.
- Analyzing business opportunities and supporting M&A processes.
To be eligible for the role:
- Have a relevant college or university degree in economics or similar.
- Several years of experience in a similar role in controlling or business analysis.
- Business-oriented and enjoys working closely with the business.
- Good analytical skills and used to handling and interpreting data.
- Self-motivated, communicative and has a proactive approach.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and the duration is estimated to be approximately 6 months starting in August. We will present candidates on Thursday, June 10.
