Interim Senior Business Controller
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of filling the position of interim Senior Business Controller.
In the role of interim Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for the company’s reporting and analysis, while navigating a changing environment in which new systems will be implemented this spring.
Main duties:
- Be responsible for reporting actuals and forecasts.
- Analyze and validate data across various dimensions.
- Adapt work methods and processes in connection with the switch to a new business system.
- Ensure stability and continuity in financial reporting.
To be eligible for the role:
- Ability to quickly grasp complex reports.
- Many years of experience working in an operational/management capacity in a similar role.
- Experience in managing and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Analytical and business-oriented, with the ability to shift between details and the big picture.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
About the process:
This is a full-time assignment expected to last 4–6 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates on Tuesday, February 11, and interviews with the client will be held at that time.
