Interim Senior Accounting Manager

Main duties

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (K3) including consolidated financial statements and cash flows.

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.

• Perform full balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.

• Ensure accurate tax and VAT reporting.

• Manage compliance, regulatory reporting and external audits.

• Drive improvements in process and system development.

• Support the organization with ad hoc tasks when needed.

To be eligible for the role, you must

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and responsibility for monthly accounts.

• Good knowledge of local GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Visma Net, Severa) and very good Excel skills.

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.

• Swedish/EU citizenship or valid Swedish work permit.

• Possibility to travel if necessary.

Meritorious:

• CPA or CMA certification.

• Experience in group accounting in an international environment.

• Experience in system and process development.

• Experience of working with external auditors.
