Interim Sales Manager Ceramics – EMEA
Interim Search is currently supporting an international industrial group within its Ceramics Division and is seeking an experienced Interim Sales Manager to take an active commercial role in the EMEA market.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor assignment where you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing key accounts, and ensuring continued growth and strong customer engagement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the EMEA sales pipeline with a balanced focus on existing accounts and new business development
- Identify, pursue, and convert new commercial opportunities within the industrial ceramics market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highly technical and senior-level stakeholders across key customer accounts
- Ensure long-term customer engagement and commercial development within assigned markets
- Actively contribute to strengthening market presence and identifying growth opportunities in the EMEA region
- Secure and expand key accounts in a competitive industrial environment
Your Profile

You must have verified, solid professional experience within industrial ceramics. Due to the technical complexity of the products and the expertise of the clients, deep domain knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the technical and commercial dynamics of the industry
- Solid experience in B2B sales, key account management, and development across the EMEA region

Ideally based in Germany
The assignment is expected to run for 6 months, starting immediately. Candidate presentations to the client will take place on June 9th, with interviews following shortly after.
