Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Sales Controller to a fast-growing IT company
with +1 000 employees.
As Interim Sales Controller you report to the Group CFO.
Main duties
- Build a basis for decision-making regarding the Sales Funnel, with KPI structure, sales hierarchy, etc.
- Training and skills transfer to existing staff
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience in developing sales reporting by extracting data from Salesforce and other CRM systems
- You have a track record of building effective and clear structures around sales KPIs, follow-up and setting targets
- You are an advanced user of Powerpoint
- You have a pedagogical flair for effective skills transfer
- You are quick thinking and highly logical
- You are driven and forward-thinking
- You are thorough
- You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish
About the process
The assignment is 100% of full time. It starts on November 18 and is expected to last 4 months.
