Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Quality Manager for an exciting company in the food industry, based in Gothenburg. In this role you are part of the company's management team and have no personnel responsibility. The company has a turnover of approx. 200 Mil. SEK and is one of the leaders in its segment.
Main areas of work:
- Active member of the company's management team.
- Responsible for compliance with ISO standard and QFSD, HACCP and QFSMS.
- Responsible for monitoring communication between procurement and supply chain regarding COA and COC.
- Responsible for internal audits based on the company's audit program.
To be eligible for the role:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as Quality Manager in the food industry.
- Well-documented multi-year experience in management roles in a senior position.
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
- A university or college degree in a food-related subject is an advantage.
- As a person, you are committed and loyal.
About the process:
