Interim Quality and Environment Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Quality and Environmental Manager for a business in the food industry, covering the entire value chain from product development, to production and market. The company is on a journey of development and change.
Main duties
- Responsible for the quality and environmental work within the organization
- Lead and coach a group with a focus on creating clarity and the right direction.
- Support the organization in quality issues related to production, inputs, merchandise, complaint processes, governance and crisis management.
- Contribute quickly to maintaining order in quality work.
- Ensure that the organization is ready for certifications and inspections.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have solid experience in the regulatory industry and operations with your own production and trade goods.
- You have solid knowledge and experience in quality management.
- You have a university degree in the field of quality (e.g. food, nutrition or microbiology).
- Do you have experience in managing and coaching employees, preferably remotely/multisite, but also ready to be on the move.
- Have very good leadership skills; must be a clear, communicative and stable leader who can prioritize.
- Has experience in change management.
- You have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
We will present candidates on 18/12 and interviews with the client company will take place on 19/12.
The mission is expected to last six months on a full-time basis.
