Interim Quality and Environment Manager

Main duties

• Responsible for the quality and environmental work within the organization
• Lead and coach a group with a focus on creating clarity and the right direction.
• Support the organization in quality issues related to production, inputs, merchandise, complaint processes, governance and crisis management.
• Contribute quickly to maintaining order in quality work.
• Ensure that the organization is ready for certifications and inspections.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have solid experience in the regulatory industry and operations with your own production and trade goods.
• You have solid knowledge and experience in quality management.
• You have a university degree in the field of quality (e.g. food, nutrition or microbiology).
• Do you have experience in managing and coaching employees, preferably remotely/multisite, but also ready to be on the move.
• Have very good leadership skills; must be a clear, communicative and stable leader who can prioritize.
• Has experience in change management.
• You have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.

We will present candidates on 18/12 and interviews with the client company will take place on 19/12.

The mission is expected to last six months on a full-time basis.
