Interim Property Controller

As Interim Property Controller you will report to the Head of Business Control.

Main duties

• Take over the current controller's tasks and hand over to the replacement starting in late spring
• Monitoring and analysis of the company's real estate portfolios
• Preparation of reports and analysis for internal and external financial reporting
• Supporting the business in outcome analysis and forecasting
• Ensuring quality in external and internal reporting

Who we are looking for:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a controller role, of which at least 2 years in a real estate company
• You have good system experience and easy to learn new systems, preferably system interest
• You have a very good knowledge of the Office package and are an experienced user of Excel
• You have a university degree or equivalent qualifications
• You have the possibility to travel 2-3 days per month (within Sweden)
• You have a good command of spoken and written English
• You are analytical with good problem-solving skills
• You are structured with good planning and organizational skills
• You are thorough and quality conscious
• You are independent with good teamwork skills and good communication skills
• You are an easy learner and a good teacher
• It would be an advantage if you have practical experience in accounting work

About the process

The assignment is 80-100% of full time. Start date is immediate and the assignment is expected to last approximately 5 months.
