Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Project Office Manager for a leading billion-dollar tech company. The company has operations in several parts of Sweden and abroad. You will report to the CFO of the company.

The client company has for some time now created a project team to run IT projects with the ambition to develop the business and optimize for digitization.

In the role of interim Project Office Manager, you are mainly responsible for the project team running two major engagements today, both projects are initiated but need to speed up. The projects include:

  • Restart of the Navision system and streamlining of the existing Navision installation and relocation of the entire operations from the Swedish office to Asia
  • Installation project for a brand new forecasting tool.

 

To be relevant for the role, you have solid experience in;

  • ERP installations
  • Heavy background in finance from producing companies and project management.
  • You have some understanding of IT technology and experience in dialoguing with and setting requirements for the IT function.
  • The role requires you to be available for frequent travel to Asia and parts of Sweden.
