Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Project Manager for Structural Capital & Management Systems for a medium-sized company located in southern Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Establish management system and operations manual
- Structure and implement a common system/portal for templates and documents
- Create procedures for document naming, storage and versioning
- Ensure traceability and follow-up possibilities in document management
- Supporting the organization in the change journey towards increased structure and clarity
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in building management systems and operations manuals from scratch
- Previously responsible for implementing or structuring document portals/systems
- Understanding the importance of good document control and traceability
- Independent, structured and used to driving processes from start to finish
About the process:
The scope of the assignment is full-time and the duration is estimated at about 6 months starting in August. We present candidates on an ongoing basis.
