Interim Senior Project Manager, Brand & Marketing
Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting a structured, reliable, and hands-on Interim Senior Project Manager for a market-leading, global company in Skåne. In this role, you will step in as a key player to support the Vice President of Brand, who is responsible for driving and coordinating global campaign deliveries across multiple product categories. You will serve as the strategic bridge between an in-house creative agency and commercial category managers in an organization characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit and a very fast pace. The role is part of the brand management team and reports to the Vice President of the business unit.
Main duties

Manage the global brand team’s responsibilities regarding all campaign deliverables, including project management for the production of photography, video, PR, social media, and content marketing.

Act as a gatekeeper and ”bridge” between the in-house creative team and the commercial category managers to ensure that business needs are translated into clear deliverables.

Be responsible for setting and implementing schedules and monitoring deadlines in a complex matrix organization.

Organize and visualize campaign content and plans in presentations to facilitate a focused and effective dialogue with internal stakeholders.

Gather insights for each campaign and ensure ongoing reporting and updates to the global leadership team for brand, product, and sales.
To be eligible for the assignment

You have a solid background as a project manager, preferably with experience in branding and communications; experience in an international setting or at a large in-house agency is a plus.

Proven experience in running complex campaigns and product launches targeting the consumer market (B2C).

You are a naturally organized and methodical person who thrives on bringing order to fast-paced environments that are undergoing growth or change.

A forward-thinking and solution-oriented individual who is comfortable dealing with demanding stakeholders and making operational decisions.

Excellent ability to present and communicate information visually and in an educational manner (e.g., in PowerPoint).

Fluency in English is required, as you will be working in a global organization.
About the process
This is a full-time assignment expected to last approximately 9 months, with the possibility of a permanent position. The position is based at the client’s headquarters in Skåne; a hybrid work arrangement (3+2) is possible.
