Interim Project Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of recruiting an Interim Project Manager for one of our clients.
In the role of Interim Project Manager, you’ll be involved in the entire cycle—from the bid phase to the handover of the project to the client. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and will be responsible for the budget, quality, and schedule of your projects. You are down-to-earth and work proactively to find solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with the expectations of both the client and internal stakeholders. The role requires a solid understanding of technology, finance, construction law, and business acumen. The projects consist exclusively of construction contracts involving manufacturing and installations. We are looking for someone with a background as a project engineer, site manager, or project manager in the process industry or in civil engineering.
Main duties:
- Lead the entire process from the bid phase through the handover of the project to the client.
- Be responsible for the project's budget, quality, and timeline.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage technology, finance, business acumen, and construction law.
- Coordinate manufacturing and installation.
To be eligible for the role:
- Previous experience as a project engineer, site manager, or project manager.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Background in the process industry or the construction sector.
- Understanding of construction law, economics, and engineering.
- Experience in welding and steel.
