Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint interim Project Consultants to our client in Stockholm. The main tasks will be linked to the client's transition to a new ERP system, where you will work with IFS purchasing and Go-live support.
In the role of interim Project Consultant, you will be involved in the customer's change of ERP environment, the change is from Maximo to IFS. You will enter during the start-up phase of the project with the main responsibility, together with your work group, to get a uniform way of working that supports the customer's drawn up basic processes from the ERP project, as well as ensuring a smooth transition to IFS with the P2P process.
Main duties:
- Purchase request management linked to work orders and tasks in IFS.
- Management of purchase orders created from the purchase request, both new incoming and migrated transactional data to be recreated, completed and sent for approval.
- Invoice processing against the transactions mentioned above to support that the overall flow is maintained and not delayed.
- Coordinate work with other support groups involved in the Go-Live phase.
To be considered for this position, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in similar tasks.
- IFS competence.
- Experience from Go-Live with an ERP system.
- Good team player who can collaborate in large groups, on site and digitally.
- Your personal qualities are characterized by a sense of initiative, curiosity and responsibility.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time starting on 2022-12-19 and is expected to last until 2023-03-31.
