Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Production Manager to a small industrial company with customers mainly in the automotive industry.
Your main tasks will be
- Reports to the CEO
- Head of production activities
- Manages and supervises 11 operators in their daily work
- Ensures compliance with internal regulations
- Ensures and continuously develops that working methods, procedures, flows and continuous improvements are adequately implemented
We are looking for you
- Technical education, civil engineer / high school engineer
- Several years of experience as Production Manager in manufacturing industry
- Ability to balance between operational and strategic perspective
- Experience in managing development and change
- As a person and leader you are confident in yourself and your skills
- Goal & result oriented
- Responsive, unpretentious, communicative
- Proactive hands-on mentality
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 - 9 months starting in early May. We will present candidates to the client company on 27/4 and client interviews will take place on 28/4. Are you available and interested? Apply as soon as possible!
