Interim Production Manager

Main duties:

• Leading and developing staff and the business forward.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and working methods to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure high standards and drive change and improvement in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.

To be eligible for the role:

• Many years of experience as a production manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• You are used to leading companies in change.
• You are confident in trade union negotiations and dialogues.
• You are technically savvy with an interest in production and manufacturing.
• You are communicative, driven and build good relationships.

About the process:
