Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Production Manager to a manufacturing company in Småland (Kronoberg).
Main tasks:
- Lead and distribute the work in the daily operational flow from raw and finished goods warehouse
- Coach, encourage and support about 10 employees in prioritizing tasks
- Develop processes and working methods in the new ERP system
To be fit for the role:
- You have previously worked in logistics and have a good understanding of logistics flows, both incoming and outgoing goods.
- If you have worked with SAP S4, this is an advantage, but you may have experience with other modern ERP systems
- Experience of working with change management
- Stable as a person and in leadership where you are responsive and unpretentious, and good at communicating.
You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager in particular but also with other internal and external stakeholders. The assignment is expected to last 3-6 months.
