Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim Production Manager to a well-established manufacturing industrial company with operations in central Sweden. The company is part of an international group with a global presence and approximately 1000 employees. The company's customers are in a technically demanding industrial segment. As a person, you are an experienced change leader with high competence in production development and leadership. You combine clarity and drive with a humility towards the organization's existing knowledge and experience.
Main duties:
- Managing and developing production (including managers, engineering, maintenance and health and safety)
- Responsible for approximately 100 employees in shifts
- Driving change and improvement
- Implement and develop LEAN (5S, daily management, standardized ways of working)
- Building a sustainable productivity culture
- Participate in the work of the management team
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in the role of Production Manager
- Proven ability to drive change and improvement
- Good knowledge of LEAN (5S, daily management, JIT)
- Experience in managing shift organizations
- Coaching and team-oriented approach
- Ability to deliver measurable results (OEE, quality, lead time)
About the process
