Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager for a manufacturing company. You will be responsible for employees in production and ensure a stable and safe production operation. The position is located in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties:
- Production Responsibility: Responsible for the stable, safe and efficient operation of multiple production units.
- Human Resources: Responsible for managing, coaching and developing production staff and ensuring that the business has the right skills to meet both operational and strategic needs.
- Work operationally close to the business and visit production sites daily to follow up on operations, support the organization and ensure quality and good working environment in daily work.
- Drive and monitor the performance and profitability of the business in close cooperation with the sales function.
To be eligible for the role:
- You are an experienced and confident leader with a committed and present leadership, who thrives in an operational role with daily contact and close cooperation with employees.
- Many years of experience in managing production in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in managing multi-site operations and remote workers.
- Works operationally close to the business and has good decision-making skills in daily production work, even in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Structured, flexible and stable in your leadership with the ability to create trust, commitment and participation in the organization.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of tasks and many interfaces, where planning may need to be adapted quickly.
About the process
