Interim Production Controller

Main duties:

• Analyze and follow up production costs and run variance analyses against budget and forecast.
• Be responsible for product costing and ensure accurate inventory and production valuation in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Identify improvement potential in the production flow through qualified analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive and coordinate the production unit budget process and proactively update forecasts based on capacity.
• Optimize inventory levels and work proactively to reduce capital tied up.

To be eligible for the role:

• M.Sc. in Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a controller in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a global matrix organization.
• Very good knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in indirect leadership.
• Analytical ability to translate complex production data into financial insights.
• Driven and communicative personality who thrives at the interface between finance and operations.
• Fluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6 months with an immediate start. The assignment is carried out on site. We will present candidates to the company on 5/2 and interviews will take place thereafter.
