Interim Operations Project Manager

Eltel is in a change phase and needs a Project Manager to support various organizational projects. The Project Manager is part of a team and reports to the Group Head of Strategy and Project Management Office and is based in Eltel's Stockholm office in Bromma. Travel within the Nordics, Germany and Poland will occur.

Responsibilities

•  Assist with analysis to quantify hypotheses.
•  Participate in organizational and operational change projects.
•  Monitor progress in change activities.
•  Helping to streamline operations.
•  Visit sites and implement methods for streamlining.

Who we are looking for

• You have a background as a management consultant or internal consultant in a company.
• You have 5 to 7 years of work experience in project management.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar service area as Eltel operates in.

About the process

Interim Search presents candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews take place at the client during week 6. The assignment covers a vacant position pending a permanent recruitment and is expected to last about 4 months with 100 % occupancy and start in February. Are you available and interested?
