Interim Head of Operations
For a company in Uppsala, we are immediately looking for a present and experienced operations manager who can drive change and renewal and who leads and takes an active role in the daily work. The assignment requires support and management in personnel matters, performance appraisals, recruitment and administration. With the broad and flat organizational structure, the tasks cover most things in a small company with about 50 employees.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for all activities in the area of management, governance and development.
- Responsibility for contacts with clients, relatives and authorities.
- Implementation of the strategies, business plan and budget adopted by the Governing Board.
- Regular reporting to the Board.
Who we are looking for:
- Academic degree in HR, (Behavioral Science) Economics, or Social Work.
- Leadership characterized by responsiveness, responsibility, courage and openness.
- Broad experience in change management and has specific experience in “Management”.
- 5-10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the public or private sector in care, nursing.
- You have experience and thrive in an analytical, business and operational role.
- You have a commercial focus and are a key person in driving the business forward.
