Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Operations Manager within the Social Administration to one of the largest municipalities in Stockholm County.
In the role of Interim Operations Manager, you will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the operations of the municipality's social services.
Main duties:
- Budget and staff responsibilities.
- Managing the business through other managers within the municipality.
- Responsible for financial and operational monitoring.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a relevant university degree of at least 180 credits.
- You have at least 5 years' experience as a manager with budgetary and human resources responsibilities.
- You have experience in municipal social services.
- You have a good knowledge of social services legislation.
About the process:
