Interim Head of Unit
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill an interim Head of Department position within the Social Services Administration for one of the largest municipalities in Stockholm County.
In the role of interim Unit Director, you will be responsible for the operational leadership and management of the municipality’s social services.
Main duties:
- Lead and manage the organization toward its established operational goals.
- Budget and staff responsibilities.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a relevant university degree of at least 180 credits.
- You have at least three years of experience as a manager with responsibility for the budget and staff.
- You have experience in municipal social services.
- You have a good knowledge of social services legislation.
About the process:
