Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim IT Manager for one of our clients in Stockholm. The assignment is part-time with the aim of coaching the existing IT manager and ensuring that the company completes a number of projects on time.
Your mission is to help the newly appointed IT manager grow into his role, where you act as a mentor and coach in issues such as personnel, budget and projects. The assignment also includes ensuring the success of a number of major projects in IT, including the replacement of the ERP system.
To be considered for this role, you have a solid background as an IT manager from several different companies and have reached a point in your career where you are stimulated by seeing other people grow. In addition to being able to contribute at a strategic level, you are unpretentious and contribute hands-on in projects. A requirement is that you have experience of several ERP changes. Experience in retail, warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
The assignment is with immediate start and ten months ahead, the occupancy rate is estimated at half-time. We will present candidates on Tuesday, December 29, and interviews at the client company will take place the following days.
