Interim Maintenance Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Maintenance Manager at a company in Västra Götaland County.
Main duties:
- Operation and management of the maintenance organization
- Focus on leadership and deeply involved in operational work
- Ensuring quality and efficiency within the organization
- Identify key performance indicators and assist with analysis and evaluation
Who we are looking for:
- Many years of experience as a maintenance manager at various companies
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a LEAN organization
- Background in large companies in the automotive, process, or heavy machinery industries
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months, with an immediate start date. You are expected to be on-site at the factory every day. We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews at the client company will be held during week 45.
