Interim M&A Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim M&A Manager to an exciting company experiencing rapid growth.
Main duties:
- Responsible for M&A activities for the Swedish market
- Valuation and project management of DD processes, from bid to signing
- Manage and consolidate transactions, including summarization and negotiation
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Technically proficient, particularly in Excel and PPT
- Operational team that drives things through
- Experience of progressive profit calculation is considered highly desirable.
About the process:
The assignment starts in March and will continue throughout 2025. The time commitment will vary between full-time and part-time.
