Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Logistics Manager to a company in Gävleborg County. You will be responsible for leading the daily operations and driving strategic improvement projects to optimize the business.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Managing and developing warehouse and logistics operations
- Create and maintain clear processes, procedures and responsibilities
- Ensure efficient resource planning and high delivery accuracy
- Monitoring performance, quality and work environment
- Manage human resources issues in a professional and legally compliant manner
- Driving change and improvement
To be eligible for the role:
- Very good and long experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Proven experience in management and human resources
- Used to working in change environments
- Good knowledge of labor law and trade union cooperation
- Confident, clear and decisive leader
- Ability to handle complex and sometimes challenging situations with professionalism
