Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Logistics Manager for an industrial company located in southeastern Sweden.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Responsibility for warehouse, goods reception and forwarding department.
- Active work on environment, quality and health and safety.
- Responsibility for managing the operational management.
- Develop logistics activities and staff.
- Budget responsibility and monitoring of objectives and results.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience as a logistics manager or similar, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Experience in quality and improvement work such as Lean, 5S and systematic work environment management.
- You have strong leadership skills and a solution-oriented approach with a structured way of working and a focus on continuous improvement.
- You are interested in technology.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews with the customer take place in close connection.
