Interim Group Chief Financial Officer

The Group Accounting Manager plays a central role and is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting and reporting within the Group. The role also includes transactions relating to acquisitions and sales of companies. You will mainly be based in Stockholm, but the position also involves traveling within the Mälardalen region 1-2 days per week.

Main duties: 

• Consolidated financial statements.
• Initiate and implement changes to group accounting processes and procedures.
• Preparation of the Group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate group contributions and taxes within the group.
• Coordination of income tax and tax returns for the Group's companies.
• Conduct investigations and analyses in the area of consolidated accounting.
• Conduct investigations regarding new IFRS standards and interpretations and analyze their impact on the Group's financial statements.
• Project management of business transactions (purchases/sales) within the group.
• Participate in and drive improvement projects.
• Ensure that regulations and policies are followed within the respective areas of responsibility.

To be eligible for the assignment:

• Master of Science in Economics or equivalent.
• Solid experience of consolidated accounting in accordance with IFRS.
• Good understanding of business systems and very good knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical and business-minded with a focus on quality and development.
